I love you.I did not say this because I meant it   Only because I meant you  I've yet to know what love is, I swear   But when I do, I'll let you know  Until then, this common phrase   That had at one point meant so much more  Will wear me down to raw bone and skin   And I will break down within  I will submit to ‘I love you’   Only because it has won  I cannot argue with high truth   When my eyes are on the ground  I cannot be convinced otherwise   And in this is black and white  Therefore, without, I must have   Some proof there I love you.

City LightsAll these city lights seem  To flood my perception  And make me feel so human  Which is to say imperfect   
Highlighting my flaws  As well the paths they light  And I've seen those that have gone before  To no greater cause   
No warmth these chemical stars give here  This city's cold, as is every soul  That walks beneath their guiding blaze  As burning guilt to warm our fear  Of each green note we take and fold  And add to this sick, thick smoky haze City Lights

Well, here we are...

it's been a long while, and a very busy while.; but autumn is almost upon us and I cannot wait for the cold. Bring it on winter.

It feels so weird being back in school...almost like i never left. The world is moving very fast though, and I think I'm starting to understand insanity. I am getting closer to the eye of a hurricane, and i will admit it is terrifying...

and i keep running into people! I can't believe how small the world is, and to think that we can connect so easily,... and miss the same.

ah well, what's has been on your mind?
